The jaw joint (also known as the Temporomandibular joint or TMJ) is the most widely used joint in the body. Problems can include head and neck pain, clicking jaws and even migraines. An imbalance in the forces of your bite can sometimes be part of the problem. They can also lead to excessive tooth wear, fractures and loose teeth.
We treat many patients in conjunction with other health practitioners using gentle reversible techniques to reduce the stress on your jaw joints, gums and teeth.

We recognise some people believe mercury fillings are bad for their health. We have over 25 years’ experience of carefully replacing amalgam fillings with non-mercury alternatives.
We take particular care to ensure mercury does not leak into your body during removal. Placing the alternative filling materials requires a great deal of skill if they are to last a reasonable length of time.
